Welcome to Orphan Children of Africa, an NGO based in New York, devoted to helping poor children and families, specifically in Western African regions.  Matar Seck, the founder of Orphan Children of Africa, began the organization in 1992, responding to a need expressed by his dying grandfather. 

His Non-Profit Work extends assistance to all people, regardless of their religious beliefs, gender, race, or ethnic background. Matar has been contributing his own money to poor children and families in African communities affected by poverty, floods, and other natural disasters.
